~ ♛ ~ IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEADT H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ So you would think that a boy, who was picked on most of his like would stay out of public places right? Well! You're wrong. Jacob was here, he wasn't really here to do much, more just to get out of his house. Since yesterday morning, all his mother was doing was crying, since his father just died in the war over seas, and he was to leave in three days to go across the country to go to Arlington to see his father put to rest with the rest of the soldiers that were killed in action in this war. Jacob had stopped crying since last night, he was trying to show his mother that he wasn't going to be the weak boy that he was before he met Sapphire. Granted, she didn't know about her yet, and he had no real reason to tell her yet. Since he wasn't even sure if they were still together, or if they were even together for that matter.
Jacob parked his silver corolla and got out. The plaza was huge, and it was Sunday afternoon, most people didn't really come here now, since the mall closed at seven or so. but that didn't really seem to bother the boy. He didn't care, as long as he was far away from his mother, his grandparents, from both sides who all decided they would live in his house till Tuesday night, when they had to go to LA to get to LAX, so they could go to DC.
Because Jacob wasn't really paying a whole lot of attention, he didn't notice when he walked straight into a girl. His glasses fell off his head and he looked down. He knelled down to get them, put them back on the bridge of his nose, and then stood back up. He looked at the girl that he walked into. She was in his... trigonometry class he thought. He was sure of it. He at least had seen her around a few times, when he wasn't hiding from Aedden and his gang that picked on him every waking moment. The only person that he told about his father was Sapphire. He wasn't really in the mood to tell her then anyway, but he did.
"I-I"m sorry! I didn't see you.."
He apologized to her. He never meant to walk into anyone. He was just so caught up in his own thoughts that he just lost track of wear he was going and walked straight into the girl. She was pretty, but he had Sapphire, who in his eyes was extremely pretty. Gorgeous even. This girl was the same way, but he was sure that she wasn't going to actually yell at him if he knocked the phone out of her hand. He remembered Sapphire did. And then told him all about how he had to bulk up and be man. Which he was at least trying. He would go to the gym, two hours before it closed, when he knew that no one from the school would be there and he could have his peace and try not to kill himself.

Well it was another horrible day for her, nothing different or out of the ordinary. Chris walked into Applebees to have a few people yell at her, and a few people tip her. A regular waitress job. But she was getting sick and tired of the same old routeine every single day. She didn't run away for just nothing. She had a few shows to play next weekened which she was definately excited for. And on the other hand she was getting paid big bucks. if she made this gig go great she would have a slot down at the House of Blues. Her dream was just within her grasp. Smiling to herself, she pictured herself on a stage in front of milllions of people playing her guitar, rockin out and belting her voice like she never had before, changing her life forever.
Sadly she was brought back down to earth by her boss. "Chris get movin what the hell is your problem?!" Chris rolled her eyes and responded "Yo Mark! Cool your jets man, i'm goin as fast as i can here. It's not like i'm some super fast robot." she yelled as her boss dissapeared behind the kitchen door. She felt like punching a wall. Her whole day had been going great until Mark the manager decided to drop in on a surprise visit to say hi and be an enourmous pain in chris's ass. She sighed and waited the tables. Four o'clock came. She was off for the night. Clocking out she threw her apron on the rack in the back and threw on her casual clothes. The last thing she needed was someone from school showing up to make fun of her for actually working a day in their pathetic little life.
Walking out of the restaraunt she looked down and tied her shoe real fast and brushed her bangs out of her face. it wasn't more than two seconds later she and another person had a head on collision. How could she not have seen him? She had perfect vision in both of her eyes it's not like she was missing her glasses or anything right? She noticed her phone fell out of her pocket. Picking it up she dusted it off and double-checked to make sure it worked properly. She looked up and could sware she knew the kid.
"No, no it's alright, no one ever sees me. I'm literally invisible...." She drifted off thinking about all the horrible times she was made fun of, bullied and everything inbetween. She could even recall when there was a food fight started, the first throw...aimed directly at her head. And jocks, if no one knew this already, they had pretty good throwing arms and almost perfect accuracy. That meatball hurt. Bad. Another hospital trip she had to sit through and almost die through. Not because the accident was fatal but all the needles, tests and things syked her out so much she just wanted to die.
"Hey wait a sec...you go to my school right?" She said brushing her hair out of her face again. It was a little ratty from being a ponytail all day long but she fixed it instantly without even looking. She was just that good. He did look awefully familiar. Jason? Jake? Jacoby? How could she not remember his name? Oh yeah that's because in all of her classes she sat in the back with her head down taking notes like a geek and pretending there was no one else in the room besides her and teacher. There were countless times where her teachers counted her absent because they couldn't see her. But no one can so it's not like it was anything new to her. She learned to get over it and shrug it off. She was loosing faith...fast.

~ ♛ ~ IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEADT H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ Jacob stood there like a real idiot trying to see who he walked into. Well, that really sucked. She was in his Trig, and he was now sure his physics class, but he always seemed to miss his physics class, because he was always stuffed into a locker, or locked in a supply closet around that class. Was it because that was the block that Aedden and his friends had an undirected study, so they could do what ever they pleased? Sure was. It blowed being stuffed into thin tall lockers, even though he was a lot taller then the lockers reached. He always came home with bruises. Maybe going across the country was a good thing. He could spend the week trying to heal up all the bruises.
"Then you know how i feel most of the time too.." Jacob muttered, mostly that was directed at himself, but it really could be taken either way. He bit his lip, the wholes in his lip were slowly healing up, and a little scar remover and you would never know that he had ever pierced his lip into snake bites. Of course, he would have to wait until that happened to see what he could to about scars. But what ever. He looked at her, his pale baby blue eyes watched her every single move.
He blinked at her when she said that they were in the same school. "Uh..yeah. We are in Trig and Physics together I believe..but I'm never in physics.. Always sorta...busy i guess." he said softly to her. He sounded like a wimp again, but it was going to take a very long time before anyone got him fully out of his shell and completely back to his normal self, when he was a little kid and a happy go lucky kid of boy. His mother always asked him what happened to that boy. And he would always look at her and then walk away. He would never tell her that he was depressed, that he couldn't really ever be truly happy. But who was truly happy anyway? No one. Anyone who had the money to have what ever they wanted, always wanted something. And Jacob was never one of those people that had everything that he ever wanted just given to him. He had to work for it.
If he had one wish it would to have his brother back, but he knew no money in the world would do that. He knew that his father was now with his older brother, at least, he hoped so. That would be bad if he wasn't. He shook those thoughts away, blinking away the glassy haze that fell over the baby blue eyes of the boy.

Chris felt like a total retard. There was a totally gorgeous guy in front of her and the only thing she could ask was if he went to her school. Smooth move chris. Smooth. Most people said that she beats herself up too much but if she didn't then she wouldn't have any common sense at all. She smiled slightly and bit her lip. She couldn't remember a single time where there was so much awkwardness in one moment. She wanted to just say goodbye and move on, go home, and sit by herself watching old movies all night. But she didn't want to leave. Something about this boy striked her as very interesting. He seemed to have something hidden underneath his face and she was going to figure out what it was. Though it would probably take a little while. But she wansn't going to give up.
"Yeah, it's basically what i feel like every day of my life." She sighed quickly and looked back up at him. He was pretty tall compared to her. She was still a decent size though. 5' 5" wasn't bad for a seventeen year old girl. Who knows maybe she would gain another inch or two in the near future before she started to grow outwars like all women after they reach their peak. She looked into his eyes. They were gorgeous. She could just swim in the pretty blue all day if she wanted. Okay now it was starting to sound stalkerish. She had to turn her creeper mind off and her social mind off. Wait...what social mind?
"Oh really? i don't see you in there." She said that sentence and then immediately didn't want him to feel bad since he just said he was invisible just like her "no! not in that way i mean. I meant by i never pay attention because i'm too busy being lonely in a corner." She gave a nervous laugh and looked down at her feet. She started to bite one of her nails but stopped and continued to look down. Trig was an okay class but there were so many people in there that she wanted to just get away from forever and then there were people she wished would just go away. So all her classes were pretty much a lose-lose situation. Physics? this just raised her suspition about this kid. He was always...busy? uh huh. She wondered.
"Well hey where are my manners. I'm Christina but you can call me Chris. Most people...meaning my Aunt, do." She smiled and held her hand out in front of him as to shake his hand. She hoped he wouldn't deny it. That would just add to the awkwardness already between them. She didn't exactly know what to do in this situation. This was actually the most she had ever spoken to someone from her school...ever. And she hated it. it was so awkward, and silent, no wonder why she became a loner. But she always did have this dream where she would find someone someday boy or girl, boyrfriend, bestfriend, to talk to about anything no matter what was on her mind and have them understand and just listen for once. Not nag on and on giving her a lecture that she would forget in the next hour or so.

~ ♛ ~ IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEADT H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ Jacob smiled at her a bit, though, she didn't really know him that well. But what ever. Being with Sapphire had really started to make his personality shine. And not the very shy one that much anymore. The more he talked to people, the less why that he became, which was a huge hit for him. He never did have friends when he was little, and now he had a girlfriend, and a senior that was grateful for him being there and cleaning up his face when someone beat the shit out of him.
"Like I said, welcome to my world."
It was exactly how he felt all the time. He was always ignored, since he was categorized as emo and all. But he fit that stereotype. He did cut, he did have piercings, though now all you could see slightly was the holes that were left, since he took them out. He knew what she meant when she said that she never noticed that they were in the same classes.
"I know what you mean.. I'm sorta in the other corner of the room. Or being stuffed into a locker, or locked in a closet. I'm just that kid that all the seniors pick on.."
Oh how he wished that it wasn't true, but it was. And he would be picked on for the rest of his life, and yet, he would get over it. He never showed anything about how he felt about being picked on. He just always, took it. He would take the beatings, never fight back, never really did anything. He smiled at her a but again.
"I'm Jacob, Jake, what ever you really want to call me. I don't mind. I get mostly 'emo kid' so i don't really mind what you call me."
Really, the only people that ever called him Jake were his father and Xavier. But both were dead now. His mother rarely called him anything but Jacob now, not that he really minded anymore. He gave up with trying t get people to call him one thing. He would really just answer to anything if it was in his general direction anymore. Which was probably a bad thing, but oh well. Maybe Chris could be a good friend of his, since he never actually saw her talk to anyone. And no one ever saw him talk to anyone, other then telling Aedden to let go of his shirt or pants. A friend would be nice, even if he did have a girlfriend, but he promised Sapphire that they would keep it a secret until she was ready to admit that she was dating the boy that was always picked on, the emo boy. But they were working on making him a lot less, shy, and a lot more outgoing and more confident with himself.
