Gabriel Taylor Adams
So for the people who have seen my signature picture (you're seeing it now) and those who may have seen my thread with Zane & Annabel, here is a NO WHERE NEAR COMPLETE HISTORY (especially the in character shit, man, thats like. Maybe half. MAYBE.) for all you guys to stare at. Eventually he will become a regular character, but for now he's appearing in random threads that WILL ACTUALLY HAVE PLOT.
Not just a bunch of BS and random conversations. I want PLOT. So if you wanna RP with Gabriel.
Give me plot.

**Note: Ages 15-Present Day most likely happened IN CHARACTER. I didn't decide to randomly throw in traumatic bullshit. THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN CHARACTER. Most of it wasn't even planned.
Around forty percent of Americans are divorced. It is no longer unusual. Born originally in Boston, Gabriel's parents divorced when he was a child. His father and older sister Alicia moved to another state. It wasn't a particularly messy divorce, and Gabriel found his father difficult, even as a child. But quite frankly - the divorce didn't effect him. You see, Gabriel had enough problems without emotional, family trauma. That was just the drop in the bucket.
His mother, Meg, opened a small bookshop that adjoined to a cafe. The pair of them lived in a fairly nice apartment in time. By age eight, Gabriel was showing problems. Every child has the occasional tantrum, but Gabriel's seem to happen for absolutely no fucking reason. There were few major episodes, but he often went from being generally happy to quiet, withdrawn or furious. He spent a lot of time in detention and didn't 'play well with others'. At age twelve, he actually broke the arm of a classmate over a desk. The catch?
He himself hadn't been personally offended. A young girl, whom Gabriel seem to be particularly attached to, had been teased to the point of tears by the other boy. He hadn't taken well to that at all. Not only was Gabriel 'conflict prone' and bipolar, he seemed to have an overprotective complex as well. Later, Gabriel was expelled from school, and they moved to another. (Meg and Gabriel, that is.) This became a pattern.
**In Character Events Begin
In Destined Falls, MA, Gabriel got in to trouble with a rich man's girl named Juliet. She later, not entirely the 'good girl' herself, had him kidnapped and beaten by one of her 'thugs'. Later he was driven out of the town completely. In another small town along the east coast, Gabriel took to stalking and terrorizing Eliza Streck. In order to get closer to her, and perhaps with a bit of subconscious pushing as well, he protected her friend Hugo from one of the school's annoyance - Zach Flaherty. He made enemies with the boy. Zach also happened to be a pain in more than one way - he was Eliza's current boyfriend. Hilariously, Zach had a stalking 'boyfriend', Garrett, who on a drunk night knocked up Eliza. He later hung himself, and Gabriel, receiving a frantic call from Eliza's friend Annabel, found the body. He personally cut Garrett down from the house's ceiling, and it pretty much haunts a lot of his waking moments.
Annabel and Gabriel grew this love-hate relationship, and Eliza even started to like Gabriel, once she realized she had a full-time bodyguard with the bite of a pit bull. Unfortunately, Gabriel was expelled AGAIN.
Hadley Institute. An school for the 'trouble and misunderstood' teens of the world, they take in the worst of the worst. Did I mention its mildly haunted and that the staff illegally tests drugs on their students? When a kid has a bad side effect to a drug during a food preparation course, Gabriel's face is brutally slashed. Later, Gabriel manages to escape and flees to another town.
There, he discovers Eliza is out and about and ... doing things he doesn't necessarily approve of. Her father, knowing she's pregnant, had beaten her and nearly killed her. With help from Zach, they get Eliza out. Gabriel nearly kills her father, and naturally, has to flee from the law. Before he vanishes again he has an episode with Annabel down on the creek side, offering her his knife and giving her the chance to kill him. She refuses, and its nearly a year before he returns.
Now Eliza finds out he's been living in his car - or on the street. She basically forces him to live with her, and Zach's newest girlfriend has quite the encounter with him. Things bounce off the wall for a while, and finally, FINALLY Gabriel leaves for good. Or so we thought. Now he's back, and it seems he is completely dead to the natural world. More than once he's killed, although the exact number hasn't been recorded. After all, keeping track means you care - right?
Armed, mentally disturbed, and severly dangerous. Watch out, California.
